Hi, my name is Prince! I'm a young boy - somewhere between 1 and 3 years. I had a family once but they just left me behind when they moved. I've been kind of quiet at the shelter - I don't understand why I don't have a warm comfy bed to sleep on anymore.....and why was I left behind? I'm a good dog and I deserve to have a family that will love me forEVER this time. Unfortunately, there are so many other irresponsible families that keep dumping their dogs off here too....and now we're competing for kennel space as they fill up. I am going to be gassed on Thursday 4/7 if someone doesn't rescue me! Thunder's Angels wants to take me into their rescue but they need a foster home lined up before they can save me because they too are full! Can you take me into your home for a short while until I am adopted and give me the chance at life that I deserve? I have a great temperament (no aggression at all!) and get along with other dogs too. Please Help Save Me!
Three orphaned puppies need a foster home. All are from the same litter but Oreo appears to have a different father. We'd love it someone could foster them all together (it is very hard on a puppy to be torn away from their family (the only thing they know) at transport pickup when they are being introduced to all new people and a new environment, etc.....but we would be happy to have help to save any of them since they will otherwise be gassed. Please email us if you can help! Preference will be given to those with other dogs in the home OR those who can foster more than just one single pup.

Hi, my name is Maxi! I'm a 2 year old female Flat Coated Retreiver. I was found as a stray and taken to a gassing shelter but no one has come to claim me yet and now my time is almost up. I heard the workers saying that they if I am not rescued by THURSDAY (4/7), they will have to kill me in the gas chamber due to lack of space...!
Thunder's Angels wants to save my life but they need a foster home lined up before they can do so. Can you foster me for a little while to save my life?? Please Help Save Me so that I can keep smiling for many years to come!

Hi, I'm Tigger - 2-3 year old male pup. No one knows what breed I am...I am probably a Heinz 57 mix but I have some long-haired dog in me - probably collie. Through no fault of my own, I've found myself at a gassing shelter and now I'm looking for a foster home because the shelter is filling up quickly - I heard them say that if I am not rescued before Thursday (4/7) they will have to put me in the gas chamber with a bunch of other dogs and KILL me due to lack of space! Can you take me into your home for a short while and give me the chance at life that I deserve? I'm a good boy and I get along with other dogs too! Please Help Save Me!

Hi, my name is Mercedes! I'm a Heinz 57 dog but everyone says I look like I am a cross between a long-haired shepherd, a spaniel, and/or a flat coated retreiver. Whatever I am, I'm a total lover! I was even trying to give kisses when the volunteer came to take my picture! I ended up at a gassing shelter through no fault of my own and everyone at the shelter has been real nice to me so far but there are no local adoptions here and I've been told that I've "been waiting too long now" which means that if I don't get rescued by THURSDAY (4/7) they are going to put me in the gas chamber and kill me due to lack of space. Thunder's Angels wants to save my life but they need a foster home lined up before they can do so. I'm a really good girl and despite being abandoned, I love people! Can you foster me for a little while to save my life?? Please Help Save Me!

Hi, I'm Rocket! I'm a young male spaniel/pit mix. I was brought to the shelter as a cruelty case. The police confiscated me from my "owners" because I was made to sit in an unsanitary crate my whole life which led to me having open sores all over my body from my own urine and feces. While the court case went through the system, I had to sit in a cage at the shelter (for 42 days now!) waiting for my chance to be placed upon the adoption floor. The court proceedings are over....unfortunately, my owners were NOT convicted of cruelty - not fair right? You know what else is not fair? Now that the court stuff is over with, I only have a few days to be adopted or rescued and if I'm not....after all that I've been through....I will be put in the gas chamber and killed so that the cage can be used for the next dog that needs it. All of my cuts have healed up now and I've really warmed up to everyone here at the shelter - they have been the first people to ever show me love! They really don't want to have to kill me after all that I've endured....it just wouldn't be fair! But local adoptions are low and intake here at the shelter never stops.... They have asked Thunder's Angels to rescue me but they need to find a foster home to take me in before I can be rescued. Would you be willing to take a poor unfortunate pup like me into your home for a while until I can be adopted???
