Interaction with dogs: Selective. Does good with some (particulary submissive males) but
not all. Should be placed in a home as the only pet or with only one
other dog.
Interaction with cats: Unacceptable. Daisy has a high prey drive and should not live in a
home with cats or other small animals.
Interaction with children: Acceptable. Loves children!
Activity Level: Moderate. One walk per day and a few games of fetch or tug of war are
sufficient.
Leash manners: Walks well with a gentle leader or harness. Needs a fenced yard to run.
Housetraining: Fully housetrained.
Health status: Vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped, spayed, dewormed.
Major Personality Traits: Very friendly, eager to please. Loves to play, loves to snuggle!
Special Needs: None.
Amount of additional training needed: Low to Average. Familiar with basic commands,
housetrained, and knows how to play fetch.
Minimum Adoption Requirements:
~ No other pets in the home (or only one other dog in the home)
~ Physical fence (no electric fences)
~ We do not adopt any dog to families with children under age 5 in the home.
~ Previous dog experience - a familiarity with bully breeds and/or shepherds is a plus.

"Hi, Im Daisy! I'm an adult female shepherd / pit mix, approximately 2-4 years old. I was found as a stray and taken to animal control where I was almost gassed due to lack of space! Fortunately, Thunder's Angels realized how much of a sweetheart I am and they saved my life! I'm in foster care right now and am ready for my forever home!
I have an amazing temperament and I love all people - even seniors and children. As you can see from my pictures, I'm a very gentle girl! I'm fairly tiny too - only about 60lbs with a small frame.
I'm quiet when left alone and have no separation anxiety at all. I am fully housetrained and learning leash manners (I do pretty well with a harness).
I love playing with other dogs but will be best suited as the only dog in the household since I tend to focus a little better when I get all of the attention. No cats or small animals please.
I'm an active dog but not very high energy - I do fine with just one walk each day. At night I get tired and love curling up with you on the couch to watch TV. I'm seeking a fenced yard where I can play my favorite game (fetch). No electric fences please.
I love wiggling around on my back like a worm begging for belly rubs and whenever you sit down you better be ready for a smooch - giving kisses is my job!
I know to sit to wait for food or treats and I also will sit when I meet someone new before I can get petted. Im so eager to please and very smart so I'm easy to train.
I'm very much like a puppy - so playful and loving. I thrive on attention from people and will be a great addition to any family! And as you can tell from my pictures, I love kids too! I've been in foster care for 11 months now and haven't found the right family yet -- I have no idea why! My adoption fee is only $75. Can you HELP SAVE ME ?
